A Long Bay Dawn

There's a bay in the world,

There's a bay in my heart

Where the waves hit hard in the rocks of soul,

keeping distance from the wild highway

that forgets itself,

And remembering when the horizon is

for everything and where is that limit-line;

Because there's no only rock, no only sea, and no only sky...

There's these three together,

And looking down, without fear, we see where everything begun:

A dawn that farewell from us;
